General Guidelines

  • Refrigerate at a maximum of +7°C.
  • The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.

Cooking Instructions

IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the burger to the pan, cover and cook for 6 min. Flip the burger halfway through. Add salt and pepper.
