Redefine Burger
General Guidelines
- Product must be stored in the freezer at or below (0° F) until ready to use.
- This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
- Prepare this product either when frozen or defrosted.
- Once defrosted use within 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE!
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN
Remove the product from the freezer.
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN:
- Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a sauté/frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the burgers and cook for 5:30 minutes, making sure to flip while cooking, until the burger is cooked through and nicely browned.
- When ready, the measured internal temperature at the center of the patty should read 162° F.
GRILLING:
- Heat a grill to high.
- Place the patty on the heated grill, cook for 4:30 minutes, making sure to flip while cooking, until the burger is cooked through and nicely browned.
- When ready, the measured internal temperature at the center of the patty should read 162° F.
DEEP FRY:
- Warm 1 liter of oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Add the burgers and cook for 2:45 minutes, until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
- When ready, the measured internal temperature at the center of the patties should read 162° F.
FROM DEFROSTED
Defrost, under refrigeration, overnight, before use. It is recommended to lay the patties out in a single layer on a lined tray.
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN:
- Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a sauté/frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the burgers and cook for 4 minutes, making sure to flip them while cooking, until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
- When ready, the measured internal temperature at the center of the patty should read 162° F.
GRILLING:
- Heat a grill to high.
- Place the patties on the heated grill cook for 3:30 minutes, making sure to flip them while cooking, until the burgers are cooked through and nicely browned.
- When ready, the patties will be nicely browned and the measured internal temperature at their centers should read 162° F.
