Redefine Lamb Kabab Mix

 

General Guidelines

  • Product must be stored in the freezer at or below (-18°C) until ready to use.
  • This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
  • Use immediately after removing the product from the freezer for preparation. DO NOT REFREEZE.

Cooking Instructions

Before using, thaw the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 24 hours.

IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN:

  1. Form the kebab mix into the desired shapes.
  2. Heat a grill or a sauté/frying pan 2 tablespoons of oil, over medium/high heat.
  3. Place the kebabs in the pan or on the grill and cook for a total of 5 minutes, turning the kebabs every few minutes.
  4. Cook until the measured internal temperature taken at the center of the product is 72°C.

GRILLING:

  1. Form the kabab mix into the desired shapes.
  2. Heat a grill to medium/high. Place the kababs on the heated grill and cook for a total of 5 minutes, making sure to flip the kebabs several times during cooking.
  3. When ready, the kebabs will be nicely browned and the measured internal temperature at the center of each kebab should read 72°C.
