Redefine Flank Steak

 

General Guidelines

  • Product must be stored in the freezer at or below (-18°C) until ready to use.
  • This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
  • After thawing, the product must be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours before cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.

Cooking Instructions

Before using, thaw under refrigeration, for 8 hours.

IN AN OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Season each Flank Steak with 1 table spoon of oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place it in the oven and roast for about 12 min.
IN A PAN:
 
  1. In a pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil over medium to high heat.
  2. Add the Flank Steak to the pan and sear for 3 minutes a side (12 minutes in total).
  3. The product must be thoroughly cooked until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption.

 IN AN AIR FRYER:

  1. Turn on the Air Fryer and set the temperature to 200°C.
  2. Add the Flank Steak and sear it for 8 minutes.
  3. The product must be thoroughly cooked until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption.
